1. When you place an order you will get what you paid for and even if we can’t supply the exact product that you ordered for any reason we will not substitute a product of lesser value. If we can’t supply an equal match we will upgrade you.
2. Surprises are no fun. We will not surprise you with any additional fees that were not listed on the quote or sales order when we hand you your bill. All quotes we do are in writing and include product, embellishment and taxes.

- After hours appointments. We know that everyone is busy these days and people work long hours. For some people it can be difficult to get here during our regular work hours so we offer appointments after hours, evenings and weekends.
- After hours pick up and drop off box. TMS is the only company we know of that offers a convenient weather proof box for you to pick up or drop off an order when we are closed. You will never have to worry about rushing around to get here before closing time again.
- Track the progress of your order right on our website. In our experience customers become anxious when they do not hear from us so they will often call to see how the order is coming along simply because they can’t see any progress like you would if you were standing in line at a store waiting to check out. Our customers can log into our website 24 – 7 and track the progress of their order to see where it is in line, how many orders are ahead of them, when it is actually being run on the machines, when it is being packed up and even when it is finished and ready for pick up. - Quality is always first. We have selected an array of top quality CANADIAN suppliers to work with based right here in Ontario. These suppliers meet our strict standards so we know that we can stand behind the product. Dealing with local suppliers also allows us to offer faster turn around time without the need for long distance shipping fees and hassles at the boarder.
- In house state-of-the art embroidery. All embroidery work is done right here on site so we have full control over quality and creativity. We use the latest technology and full size industrial embroidery machines. Customers who visit our site can see the embroidery machines running right from the viewing window in the showroom.
- One-of-a-kind full colour transfer printing. We offer quick turnaround on full colour t-shirt transfer printing done right here on site. No minimum order.
- Small orders welcome. Most of the clothing products we sell have no minimum order so if you only need one or just a few then you can have it. Other suppliers we have selected because they offer low minimums at affordable prices.
